Returns and RMA

Return anything within 10 days of delivery for a refund, provided it's complete and in resaleable condition - there's no restocking fee.

Condition for a refund

• Original packaging, accessories, and manuals included
• Serial numbers and labels intact and readable
• No signs of tampering, missing parts, or custom markings

Warranty

New items carry the manufacturer warranty. Open-box items are covered for 90 days and refurbished items for 30 days, by us.

Arrived dead on arrival (DOA)?

If something doesn't work right out of the box, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll prioritize a replacement rather than treating it as a standard return.

How to start a return

Reply to your order confirmation email, or use the contact form with your order number. We'll send return instructions - including where to send it - within one business day.

A few things we can't take back

• Opened software and software licenses
• Anything missing its serial number, UPC, or original packaging
• Items that come back damaged in a way the original order wasn't
