We offer two shipping speeds at checkout - pick whichever suits your order. Rates are the same across Canada unless your province has its own price, and the exact rate for your order is always confirmed at checkout before you pay.

Standard (2–5 business days)

• Orders under $99: $18.95
• Orders from $99 up to $250: $15.95
• Orders $250 and over: free

Express (1–2 business days)

A flat $34.95, at any order value.

Delivery estimates, not guarantees

Those timelines are estimates, not promises. Once your order leaves us, the exact arrival date depends on the carrier's network and can shift during peak periods or bad weather - we don't control that part of the trip, so we can't promise a specific date.

If something arrives damaged or goes missing

Every shipment is covered by the carrier's standard liability while it's in transit. If a package arrives damaged, or doesn't show up at all, contact us and we'll file the claim with the carrier on your behalf and get a replacement or refund sorted out.

You'll get a confirmation email as soon as your order is placed, and you can check its progress any time on the order tracking page.
