Terms and conditions

By placing an order you accept these terms. We may update them, and the version shown here at the time of your order is the one that applies.

Order acceptance

Placing an order is an offer to buy, not a guarantee of sale. We'll confirm your order once it ships - until then we can decline or cancel it, including for stock issues, suspected fraud, or a pricing error (see below). If we cancel an order you've already paid for, you'll get a full refund.

Prices and availability

Prices are in Canadian dollars and exclude tax, which is calculated at checkout. Stock can sell out between your order and our processing it; if that happens we will contact you and refund in full.

Pricing errors

We try to keep prices and listings accurate, but mistakes happen. If something is listed at an incorrect price, we can cancel the order and refund you in full rather than honour the listed price.

Liability

Our liability for any order is limited to the amount paid for it. Nothing here limits rights you have under applicable consumer law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply in it.
